Haven’t run since Wed. My schedule is all messed up and haven’t had a good solid three run week in forever. I’m beginning to think I should run a mile everyday just to get the miles in. I could probably manage a mile a day better than trying to squeeze in two three milers and then a longer run on the weekends. Then maybe I wouldn’t feel so bad about missing runs like this weekend where I have an agility trial.
Ugh! I just need to Shut Up And Run (SUAR)
