We have been looking for a house since December. We have now been beat twice on houses and backed out of building because the demo of the existing structure kept mounting in costs.
Fuck this shit.
How the hell are we supposed to find a good house if we can’t go above a certain amount, which is ABOVE what is being asked for, or because we don’t have cash?! Fuck this market. Man I am so pissed off. We were the first offer in and they had us hanging on a thread for three fucking days!
