We have 4 weeks till the half marathon. On Monday I was a bit sore and got worse as the day went on. My left calf was super tight and still pretty bad on Tuesday. It seems better today and didn’t affect the 3 mile run today so that is a good thing! Skipped Monday run day because of soreness and just tired. Friday is 8 miles, agility all weekend and then 11 miles next week and that’s the longest till race day. 4 Saturday’s from this weekend!
